去咗2000年份系列Bordeaux試酒會試咗4支，最like Chateau Figeac 2000 (WS94)(~HK$1200-1500), 2000年靚年份, 好多nose同好多味道(黑布冧、甘草、紫花、煙草、朱古力、皮革...)有波爾多嘅優雅, 剛中帶柔，以呢個年份價錢好 ok, 而家飲perfect!
Went to 2000s Bordeaux tasting & tried 4 wines, I like Chateau Figeac 2000 d most (WS94)(~HK$1200-1500); Year 2000 is a great year, with many aromas & complex flavors (black plum, liquorice, violet, tobacco, coco, leather); elegant, powerful & silky - very Bordeaux style! Good price with this quality! Perfect to drink now!
